Sheeley Law, P.C., is a criminal defense law firm based in Fargo and serving clients in the surrounding areas of North Dakota. I’m Charles Sheeley, founder of the firm and its sole attorney. With the help of a small but dedicated staff, I offer skilled and experienced legal help to individuals facing a wide variety of criminal charges.
I am a native North Dakota resident who grew up in Wahpeton. Following my graduation from Wahpeton High School, I attended North Dakota State College of Science and Minnesota State University Moorhead, where I received a degree in criminal justice. My interest in the law soon had me pursuing a juris doctorate at the University of North Dakota Law School.
